We are proud of our Consortium model, with 27 organisations supporting the work of Grangegorman ABC.
Our original Consortium Agreement was written in 2015, before our programme began. We have learned lots over the last five years and it is time to review our Agreement to bring it up to date with our current practice and to refine and refresh our processes, structures and communications so that they are fit-for-purpose.
Over the next few months, we will be engaging with all stakeholders to review our Consortium Agreement.
